Appointments and Reservations.
We strongly recommend that you schedule appointments prior to your arrival at our facilities. Walk ins are welcome from Monday to Saturday but are subject to availability.

Reservations are always subject to availability and could be guaranteed with a credit card. All non guaranteed reservations must be confirmed for the client 24 hrs. on advance. If failure, his/her appointment could be rescheduled for someone else. We require that any reservation for Sunday must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Alert.
Please alert us if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
In case to have any medical restriction, it's needed to bring to your appointment your physician permission. You may download it on our 'Client Forms" section previously to your appointment.

We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you have time to sign in.

Cancellation / Changes Policy.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or change an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They may be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals.
Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
